The way I see it As per Sai she loves Virat. Why no one knows or May be she only knows but that’s what she says to Satya & her subconscious mind. She can’t see him in this state. If it’s only for Vinu then she wouldn’t have run behind him. Like the ad in paper she can tell Vinu directly just like she could have left from morgue directly.

Some people can enjoy the wishful thinking that she wants go home with Satya.
