He didn't need to react to anything because what happens between Meerab and Murtasim is for them alone to decide. This dispute is a husband and wife matter, it has nothing to do with MZ.

He doesn't need a character certificate of his wife from Waqas, he knows her best and this whole scene was for MB benefit this wasn't for MK, he was just a spectator.

He didn't even react when MB said I don't want Meerab back, because that is not her decision to make that is his.

He only cared about what her involvement in the elopement was, and when Waqas said Meerab won't come back we see him react strongly.

Mujhe bhi same laga. I feel Wahaj has given solo close up shot and that's why the expressions were in sync.
