Is it just me or is NB's acting really really bad. Like some of the worst acting I have seen on ITV. He does not understand nuances and can only give one expression - of disgust - no matter what the situation is.

Agree. The only expression he gets right is that of disgust and the character has so many emotions but he barely can portray any other.

Wonder how he got the entertaining couple award

So, I am not saying he’s a bad actor. He had his good times. But he tries to rip off Madhavan as an actor. Like see Virat’s his sad and teary faced scenes and then Madhavan in the song Mausam, Mausam. You’ll get it. Eyes sparkling with tears, nostalgic emotions.

The only problem might be the fact that Madhavan is a fantastic actor. Neil ends up looking like a Sasta, Sarojini Nagar market version of him.

I totally agree. Dil dukhtha hai yaar comparison se...

NB used to act very nicely, watched him in Karol bagh, Gulaal and DABH. He portrayed very nicely and perfectly. Don't know here what happened sometimes it will he out of the board. In DABH also he was a police officer. Calm and composed.
