Why do ppl distort facts and then want an answer ? Distorted fact no 1 …Why did Murtu Sam kick his wife out at night and left her alone on the road. ACTUAL FACT……He did not kick his wife ….he was going through hell worrying about his sister…his wife knew she has eloped with her help BUT she DID NOT utter a word…whole house was going crazy and she was standing MUTE…. Then when the video was shown to everyone including him HE DID NOT BELIEVE HIS OWN EYES…HE ASKED HER…ASKED HER TO DENY IT AND SAY ITS A LIE….but since it was not so she said yes it’s true. Even after that she did not bother to explain her stance… what do you expect anyone to do …you think everyone other than her should become a saint ?
DISTORTED FACT NO 2….. he left her alone on the road. ACTUAL FACT… NO HE DID NOT. He left her inside the compound of her house where they had been before and they had stayed there . Anila and Waqas were trying to bend backwards to make amends so there was NO WAY a they wouldn’t open the door. How would he know his dear wife wouldn’t knock ? She dies the most weird and unexpected things which does not even cross normal ppl’s minds.
Hate Murtasum as much as you guys want but please do not distort facts to do so and say openly that you want a slave for Meerab not a real guy with emotions .

I got replies from zooni.blue and Neha_J that he gave the chance to Meerab to decide the future of their relationship.

But there is something confusing and may be we get the clarity in the upcoming episodes.

I think three things influenced MKs this decision,

1) He wants Meerab to decide whether or not she wants him and the relationship. Freedom to decide what she wants..which is why he said azaadi

2) Murtasim would prioritize his wife over everybody, even himself. But MK had to prioritize his family in the name of his responsibility, baap ki gaddi logic. He has said time and again that even if she kills me, it's ok...because it's about him. She has full right to do whatever she wants with him, to him (no pun intended)

But as the waaaris to his fathers position, he has certain responsibilities.

3) Till now only he was putting in the efforts. And this time he wants her to fight. Fight for him. Prioritize him over others. She messed up because she prioritized someone else over him, over their relationship even after his request of not getting Mariyam in between. Now he wants to see what she'll do...whether she feels strongly about him or not...to an extent that she'll put up a fight for him

I think she wouldn't have felt guilty because in her head she was helping Mariyam escape a forced marriage with someone she loves.

Even MKs reaction would have been different. He definitely would have been hurt because she went against what he said but eventually he would give in.

It's like the intensity and gravity of the crime decides the punishment.
