Prem in PRDP was appealing to both genders. It was similar to his character in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

His character was of a good samaritan and not a lover boy. He wasn't female fantasy. Although he was still portrayed as an ideal man like all other Prems.

True & I love prem. Especially, Shahid's Vivah & Salman's HSSH (This one was more of an ideal brother though. Even though his reasoning was understandable, he was ready to leave preety when she wasn't even at fault. Just because his mom was being a pain).
