Wahaj is a good actor and a male. Duree is a mediocre actor and a female. Cannot be compared. Hania last year gave one of the most buzzworthy show ever in Pakistan but now nobody cares for her character in mpht. Actors like Mahira, fawad, Saba etc came from a time when evergreen classic dramas were made and not trendy dramas that will be making buzz for an year and people forget about them when another trendy drama and character comes. An year from now nobody will care about the numbers mere Humsafar or tere bin brought but even then Zgh or dastaan will be termed as classics.
Pak actors are banned so he won't get any offers and bollywood actors can hardly make a bollywood movie hit nowadays. Also wahaj's stardom can be fixed only after seeing the result of his next drama after TB. Farhan was also huge when MH was onair and his presence in meri shehzadi did nothing to the drama. Danish gave 2-3 back to back dramas with high viewership by using the same formula of toxic ml but it didn't help CT when he played a sweet and sober guy.
Actor Hiba Bukhari is starring in an upcoming drama alongside Farhan Saeed. Written by Hashim Nadeem and directed by Saife Hasan, the drama will soon be telecast on HUM TV.
“The project is very interesting and it’s different from other dramas these days. It is not like a typical story,” Bukhari told Images. “It has that classic touch, but it’s different. Like how nowadays, there’s saas-bahu or the same love triangle…this [drama] is not like that, it’s very different.”
The drama will also have some “action and romance” in it, said the Fitoor actor. Her role is of a “nice, shy and sorted village girl”. The story will show how life changes her. Speaking about the writing, she added, “I always wanted to do his [Nadeem] play. I am glad that I am doing this, I am more than glad.”
The Meray Humnasheen actor emphasised that the story will matter more than individual roles. “Its not about being the mean lead, it’s about the whole story. I cannot say who’s the hero and who’s the villain — yes, there are heroes and villains in this [drama],” she said. “But as I said, it has action along with many other things.”
The cast also includes Asif Raza Mir and Maham. The role of her character’s friend, and the one played by Mir will also have interesting tracks, according to her.
“My work experience was amazing,” said Bukhari. She likes playing different and challenging characters instead of the typical roles, she explained. “[Playing this character] had many tasks that were difficult like shooting in immense heat in the desert where we did a lot of action. It was very interesting and I loved it.”
The drama has no fixed release date yet, however, according to the Deewangi actor, it will be on your screens in a month or two.

Old ptv dramas were gold. Definitely ab wesi baat toh nhi hai. Zgh, dhoop kinarey, qaid e tanhai, dastaan etc, these dramas are classic. These dramas were based on good content, were not made for commercial business. So, they are incomparable.
But one thing is that dramas like Tere bin, mere humsafar get all the hype. Yeah they are not classic, nor have solid storyline. But still they will remain popular as compare to rest of current drama.
Like bhoola of RRK, Parizaad of parizaad, hamza of MH, danish of mpth and murtasim of TB, people are not going to forget them.
Baki drama's success depends on good content and luck too. Fawad also gave flop dramas like aks, kuch pyaar ka pagalpan tha. So, ups and downs are there in everyone's career. Ayeza who gave two back to back hit Ramadan projects but this year her drama did not do well not because of her acting but because CT's story was weak. Good script and good luck, actors's fate depends on these two factors.
