I think ruksati kab karni hai depends on the family. Some people do it right after, some don't.

My heart went out to Murtasum. Even in this short promo you could FEEL his grief, his gut wrenching grief. I could not feel that in Meerab’s case. Hoping against hope that I am wrong . Would love to read other’s take on it

She needs more time to contemplate what happened. She knows Murtasim and why he did what he did. She also knows that she is at fault and that’s why she made that heartfelt prayer.
She’s supposed to be able to understand him and where he’s coming from.
I hope she will miss him.

Toh matlab Nikkah will be done and there will be a gap of a few days between nikkah and ruksati. Nikkah ke baad Mariyam will tell them the whole scene and then MK might get Meerub back.

Now things won't be back to normal but they will know Meerub didnt want that...she helped because Mariyam kind of forced her to.

Now thet might show how MK still ignores her a little then the Restaurant bts with Saba and Rohail.

Phir hoga final confrontation between MM and Meerub will confess 🫣

In islam, nikkah is real marriage but in subcontinent, there is a culture of differentiating between nikkah and ruksati.Nikkah is marriage but ruksato depends on the family when they want bride to go to groom's home.
