He didn't throw the phone. Weather he was waving at someone or removing his hand (fan's) for not taking selfie, it doesn't seems like he was angry and threw the phone. he removed the hand which seems came all of sudden near his face and the bodyguard from behind pushed the man. Now what is there to protest when the man who got pushed is following shahrukh still. It seems he is some official or something.
