Nisha doesn’t even realize she’s marrying Rajesh till someone reads the wedding invites to her. Whereas Prem is aware that his brother’s marriage is being arranged with girlfriend from the get go.

Barjatya movies are guilty pleasure watches for me due to their songs and nothing more. Other than MPKDH I’ve actually seen the other ones more than once. But in terms of story, character development, or any kind of depth, they’ve got nothing. Although Unchai being different might. I’ll have to watch it one of these days.

I was obviously joking about Prem getting a character arc in Vivah.😆But still he married Poonam so he wasn't just a horny guy.

Prem didn't know Nisha is in a misconception. He thought Nisha knows who she's marrying and its her decision. And even after knowing the truth she didn't back off.

Uunchai is very different from regular Barjatya movies. Its Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara with old guys instead of youngsters, and an Indian instead of western touch because of course its still Barjatya.

Ha ha. That’s true. I was all of 10 when I watched HAHK. Prem was my first crush. Yeh Rahul to bad mein teenage mein aaya. Pehle to gur ki tarah Meetha prem hi pasand tha.

Not prem but Sameer from HDDCS was my crush.
