Firsr of all, if the separation has to happen then iit should happen now and not because of any other person (Rohail) or reason.

Secondly, I think this separation is needed. Both of them need to realize few things (Meerub more than MK). Meerub needs to realize and accept her undying love for MK, and she needs to learn how to truth her husband and not act impulsively. Mk, on the otherhand, needs to see the true faces of his family and do something about it. He needs to understand that he cannot forgive Haya. Also, he needs to let Meerub go. What's meant to be will be. She needs to fall in love with him and have that realization on her own and he needs to give her that space.

She needs to come out of her ego phase.Now if she really loves him tu ab realisation ka time hai ka she cannot lose him.

Murtasim always worked for this relationship now it is meerab's time to work on their relationship and save it.
