Yeah...removing a polyp shouldn't be changing so much in the nose for it to be "botched up"

Recently she’s been on this new PR campaign where her narrative is that she was the victim of A,B, and C scenarios but she overcame and survived because she’s a fighter and oh so strong and just great and exemplary. I’m not sure if it’s working anywhere outside of Bollywood audiences though.

She had a Sinus operation, the Dr accidently shaved off too much of the bone inside. Disfigured her nose, then she's had to have more surgeries on it.
