Meerab is the daughter any parent would be proud of, she is loyal to her parents but they are not loyal to her. Even if she is angry with them now, she will never betray them.
Harpie is the kind of daughter even the worst parents don't deserve, she loves no one and is loyal to no one. Chicken and egg, did Haya become like this because MB was the worst mother to her. Children will know when they are not truly loved, and that thought can make them bitter and hateful. In one scene she talks about all the relationships she lost because of Meerab, she is delusional you can't lose what you never had.

People like her do exist in real life, pity if they casted a superior actress it would have been fun to watch a young woman lose her mind, her humanity, her everything and not realize it because she is that psychologically damaged.

Lets not sentence Anwar yet we don't know yet what he will do.
