Here’s my assumption ( I know I know it never checks out)

1. Meerab will be blamed completely… she will leave out of guilt ( no I don’t think there will be breakup s*x). She was naive to trust Satan himself and now she will be forced to experience the pits of hell( my heart breaks for my behen)

2. Mariyam will be brought back and will tell them about meerub’s part in this mess

3. You know who will win MB’s heart…MB will try to have another forced wedding for her Sher beta

4. Devdas will try to find paro

5. Anwar will not able to drink the chai that he loved anymore ( biggest tragedy)

This baby is just a decoy…this baby does not have anything to do with the couple
