min my family 70% had love marriage! And my family is big, I am talking in thousands.
60% of those love marriage r not going gr8. Some even had divorce.

Out of 30% of arranged marriage, maybe 10% of that not going great.

I my self had arranged marriage. Tbh the time my parents took to find me a husband and then made sure he was a good man took them time but he is far better than what I could have asked for.

In general what I have seen arranged marriage tend to work out better.

however nun of us were forced. We were asked and possible choice was shown. Nothing to the extreme where u need to get married for property.

bare in mind I was born and bought up in a non-Asian environment.

Also, the arguments in love marriage it does my heading.

Sometimes the girl won't understand the family functions and will start arguing in the middle of nowhere.

I am not saying arranged marriage is always good as some of that 10% was disgusting breakup. It was divorce to the extreme!

And also few never got married as they don’t like the concept of arranged marriage and never found love.

so isn’t it good when your parents chose someone for you instead of being lonely??

Meerub is not getting away with this. She is to be blamed but the entire blame is not on her. Nor can we say she is the major contributor. Maryam, Haya and Meerub..this is the order. Haya is the villain but that doesn't change the fact that she stooped low...really low.

I hate Haya.

But today, I actually felt like she was like a sister to him, in his eyes. Nobody would know that she’s an attempted murderer.

When people question why some of us are more upset with Meerab than Haya, it’s not because we don’t believe Haya’s a beeeyatch. It’s just that we expect that of her. Woh to hai heinous character. We expect more from those that we care for, from whom we had high expectations, right? I definitely feel let down by Meerab’ s character. Running away in a conservative family like this, could literally be a death sentence for many people, in real life.
