Ajj kal TB k reviews dekhne bhi daar lagta. Most of the time it’s people of PTV industry speaking rubbish about their own people and content.

I don't think that the makers were trying to make it believable to audience that Murtasim was having an EMA. It was one of the tracks of Tere Bin where the writer wanted to show that Meerab would misunderstand Murtasim then when she got to know the truth she would repent and also it was a step towards Meerab's realization of her feelings for Murtasim.

Love is a feeling and a guy can love a not so beautiful and educated girl. In general, some part of the society gives preference to looks. The post reflects the person's(who wrote the post) thoughts and also it reflects some part of the society's thoughts.
