Fault based divorce. You are basically saying “I have been aggrieved by this action/omission of my husband, so give me grant divorce.” Easier than mutual consent, but you have to prove what you are alleging. Also, it’s proper legal order, that cruelty as a ground for divorce is also mental.

Absolutely.. if the Supreme Court says it, that’s the law. But you have to go to the court. You can’t simply assumed divorce.
