here, I am not able to enjoy viaan's behaviour at all. I was still willing to give his starefest a pass because it was under 2 times the rejection. however, now, she has said it 3 times (including preview) by my count.

I think the 3 times rule is an easy way to see the limits of wooing. he can't state that he will continue to love her all his life and keep staring at her -- well that is what stalkers do as well and so are other crimes commited in the name of love. a normal ML would move on. this is starting to give me a bit of creeps. I draw the line at not being able to eat food. that is bad.

I hope the makers wake up and realize that this isn't the right way to show wooing. but who knows -- it looks like they are only getting positive feedback and continue to shave off brain cells in viaan.

Even if you ask me,when I watch a show on SP,I give many things a pass by thinking about the TRP factor,drama etc.Adjust my expectations accordingly.But Sony's shows don't cater to the TRP audience and hence we expect it to have everything so good and rant about it.When we watch something good,our expectation automatically increases.This is what is happening here.I am not trying to disrespect anyone's POV here though.

G259 -- in two colours dramas, we realized that we were discussing on IF was somehow getting reflected into the show with actual dialogues. so it was clear the makers were very aware of what we were discussing and even perhaps taking inspiration from it.

here, they seem to be selectively listening to only the positive feedback.

with EK style shows, they are free to be as silly as they want to be because nothing makes sense in that world. so it is always a bit extra. here, they are trying for a realistic approach which means the makers should have some sense of responsibility when they are covering sensitive topics like harassment and what is appropriate office behaviour.

but like you said, it is a forum and for our fun, we are chatting away. then when the drama ends, we will move on to something else.

And that too the push is happening only when Viaan has confessed his feelings for her. Never did anyone else dare tell her to move on from her previous relationship which seems kinda made up to be honest.

I don't know but I am super aversive to Viaan's current behaviour and the writers should know this. They still have some time to better whatever little is left of his character.

When there are so many in the forum who find Viaan's character rather creepy, I'm sure there must be many outside the forum who would love some changes since Sony has never catered to the TRP audience. This discussion should happen on Twitter where we tag the actors and directors, why should they only be praised for portrayal such regressive mindset?

Want to recommend a Sony daily serial for such people who want to try watching some realistic story plots on TV, whether its for time pass or entertainment or emotional connect. 😊 if bored or disgusted with same ott kitchen politics, crowded hall family dramas, half baked crime plotting's, bigamy/polygamy, two friends/cousins/sisters fighting for same rich man, endless dragging's, then beyond KA also there is another Sony fiction that you can attempt.

So far from the episodes telecast, execution is close to the subject highlighted in pre-launch promos, hope there won't be much deviation going forward. Yes talking here about new fiction Sapnon Ki Chhalaang that started airing on Sony at 9.30pm from 10th Apr.

No super rich families, no stunning good lookers, no lavish sets/costumes/jewels, above all NO popular star cast, not Turkish/Korean remake 😳Sapnon Ki Chhalaang is built on some relatable flawed characters with real situations, when a career aspiring, middle class girl, an IT merit graduate from Jhansi, UP lands in metro city Mumbai after being selected in popular IT company & has to live alone away from her conservative joint family.

Some scenes of Sapnon Ki Chhalaang are well shot in real Mumbai railway stations, roads, places with crowds around, though its not easy. Few scenes were unexpected to watch on prime time TV. (e.g. monthly periods)

Radhika & her families apprehensions, anxieties, prejudices, struggles, goof ups exposing them to Mumbai shocker lifestyle, has so far been shown in realistic manner.👍🏼

Episode clips available on Sonyliv & Youtube too, give a try if you haven't. This serial does not come under typical romance or family or office dramas, nor is leads chemistry centric😎 but has potential to attract educated young audience, hence Sony needs to promote it quite well in different cities.

Gosh, you all are amazing! That you can continue to discuss this staring Viaan. I am so done with him, honestly I skip his parts because I find it cringe worthy. And now I am terrified to mention it because Mili can’t wait to update me. 😂

Apart from all that had been said, I hate that he is also discussing so much with Aarav. If they were gym buddies that greeted each other or made small talk it would be ok. Why was Aarav not taught to NEVER talk to strangers? I can understand Viaan being this way. He seems to have suddenly no boundaries with anyone.
