I don't think she has the capacity for love at all right now. She is in too much trauma, and until that heals, nothing is going to happen. In a way, she will always love Abhi. In a way, she loves Abhinav too. But romantic love is too far away for her right now. Only after Abhi releases her from her anger by apologizing and repenting will she slowly go back to old Ak, and then she can actually feel love again.
