I loved this scene because it finally showed why Murtasim has so much faith in her, why he calls her his true Humsafar. She isn't just an object of fascination for him because her heart alludes him, he needs her guidance in his life and the changes in his character are because of her. The first serious thing he said to her was not just be my lover, he expects more from her beyond the duties of a wife. He praised her qualities as an individual and called them a true match. Hence why her calling them a mismatch wounded him, because he has a different vision of their life and partnership.
When Meerab finally ascends her position as Queen she will be even more formidable than Murtasim, her weapon won't be a gun. Zubi Dubi is a very very dangerous man who her husband even with a loaded gun can't defeat and who had his evil sights on her. YamYam says she loves this dangerous man but look at her cowering in fear under his threats, but not Meerab she squares off against Zubi Dubi without being intimidated. Meerab stood in her husband's military stance hands behind her back, stood up for her belief in Murtasim and stood up for her family honour. When zubi dubi tried to trick her with a promise she looks doubtful, but when he asks her are you afraid, it was a challenge to the queen and she strikes back, she fears nothing except one thing.
