I thought she strongly hints and talks about that to Meerab in the promo. Didn't she see Malik when she went to university with murtasim in the car. She must have seen in the village as well.

If not then these are literal gaping plot holes. I'm very positive that she knows and she's just holding her cards to her chest till she can frame meerab for knowing it was MZ and still egging Maryam on
