Just now watched the episode
I don't know if it is only me who felt murtasim loves meerab just because she is his wife
Everyone cry about meerab's progression
What about murtasim's progression?
He claims to love meerab then shouldn't he understand mariyum's love too?
How long can his actions be justified under feudal thinking
When will murtasim ever understand that his wife can have a say in his family matters and u should atleast respect her opinion. Not even need to follow her opinion.
Girls and boys in his kaandan can't love before marriage
So who is haya then with whom he sympathises despite knowing her obsession for a married man?
Where is this much anger on haya when she did crimes for her obsession?
As usual meerab reacted the way I imagined. She freaked out when she saw him. Believed him when he said the reason.
She has a long way to go in this relationship regarding her feelings.
But murtasim disappointed me like anything.
He wants his wife to stay away from his sister's matter then how would the wife accept him as family when he expects her to just be a wife not a family member.
Communication, respecting each other opinion is the key aspect of any relationship
Meerasim lacks it.
The person who is desperate for his love won't disregard other person's love feelings especially when that person is his sister.
If he can understand haya's one side obsession due to his one side love
Then why can't he understand his sister's love or atleast give it a thought.
But I know people will overlook all these things
Everything will be about how dare meerab didn't show any feelings, how dare meerab was rude.
Murtasim's progression has been shown broadly and he is still in progress. His feudal thinking is his upbringing and he can't change it unless someone points it out. In next episode we will see if he does it or not.
I anticipated the same reaction from Meerab because of course she can't respect Murtasim and treat him as a human unless she doesn't need to use him. Maryam, Haya and even her so called kidnapper Rohail is more respectful for her, why? We don't know and maybe will never know.
Murtasim asking Meerab to stay away from Maryam's matter is also a form of protecting her in his own sense. He fears that Meerab will get in trouble by meddling in these affairs, I hope he understands that he is wrong.
If Murtasim doesn't respect her opinion then he wouldn't have forgiven malik's when she asked him too.
When Haya confessed her love to Murtasim, she was rejected harshly as far as I remember, the next day after birthday by him. She was slapped by Maa Begum as well. Then Murtasim was soft because he wanted to make Haya understand the reality but after the murder attempt, he has stopped even talking with her. What more should he do? Slap her or kick her out to ruin his family's honour.
We are yet to see how Murtasim behaves with Maryam, so I won't say anything on it.
Bold1: well Murtasim has tried communicating and also respects her but unfortunately Meerab doesn't.
Bold2: No one overlooked anything but we are not desperate to bash him, as his actions are understandable. No one is going to support him if he doesn't change his thinking in future.
Murtasim's actions are understandable by his feudal upbringing but no one is justifying it. Meerab's exclusive behavior is not justified neither understandable by her past anymore for obvious reasons.
Lastly Murtasim did fell in love with Meerab because she is his wife but he likes her the way she is. He said this after accident as well, or else he would have forcefully changed her into a typical Khan woman by now but he doesn't, and this proves it for those who wants to see it.
They both needs to change for each other. Murtasim is already changing and Meerab should as well but even if she doesn't and keeps treating Murtasim as a dog then it's fine and cute since she is a girl. Only men are meant to be changed and become doormat.
