[Pink] I also think this is foreshadowing that Murtasim will be willing to let her go. So far he has been like chodna hal nahin, chah ke bhi nahin chod sakta. But these lines you reference suggest that Murtasim ki bhi bas hojani hai jaldi (in E32 he also said ke agar khush nahi rakh sakte to shaadi nahin karo). Unfortunately, as things stand now, if this were to trigger Merub's confession of love, it will not be believable or impactful (at least to me).

Meerab is a badly executed and weakly written mixture of Anmol of dilagi and Gaiti ara of do bol.

Both Gaiti and Anmol were not dumb tho, anmol was too dheet but she was not confused, she realized on time she loves him. And Gaiti was also alone, he has only badar with him. After death of her mother, she realized that badar is her only saviour.

But meerab toh pighalney ka naam hi nhi leti.

Even if Merub says it's love, how am I supposed to buy it. Because all they have established in the show is that: she doesn't want to be "beghar", she doesn't like being ignored by Murtasim*, and that she lacks the street smarts to survive on her own and has no support system to cushion her ouster. It will feel like a dar motivated by self-love self-care and self-preservation. It is not the dar of being "judaa" from the man you love and care about.

Murtasim ko Pyaar quickly Huwa that par uske Pyaar ki growth dikhaye thi. Meerab ko to Pyaar hi nahi Huwa abhi tak. Kab Meerab ko Pyaar hoga aur kab uske Pyaar ki growth hogi? 🤪

This scene was soooo beautiful from murtasim's side...and they could have made this 100× times better bas meerub ki reaction thori softer side par deni thi. But jaise hi bandi neend se jagi and muh kholi....sattyanaaash ho gaya scene ka!
