But have a question (not a controversial one, just a simple question). You can chose more than one reason or present other reasons I havent listed

"What do you think was the purpose of this episode"

1. To give some light moments before drama - like how they tried to inject gonbore cringe with no purpose

2. Show 🛶 will end up being the reason for Abhira to be together. Called AB maha purush.(Sej 🛶 confirmed he is the female in their relationship😜.( No offense to people with alternate preferences. I am very inclusive, This is only to take the piss out of the makers)

3. For AB to not snatch a son from his adopted father

4. Foreshadow that it will be father against father next

5. Foreshadow that 🛶 will go against AK and give father rights to AB

6. To show AB and 🛶 will be the reason for blood sisters to really bond

7. Foreshadowing that 🛶 and AB are like the itv bahus who bring families together, so even after the truth is out they are going to play one happy family

8. Foreshadow that 🛶 somehow is AB's long lost brother

9. 🛶 is Ruhi's real papa

10. Just to piss AK off and for her to stress more

11. To show how much care both AK and 🧹🐍 have for their partners, one handing over her ex to her sister/souten safely and another waiting outside and making sure no one knows. Even putting him to bed🤮🤮🤮🤮

12. No purpose at all, DKP giving Bhavna's a reward by allowing her to realise her life long dream of bringing Salman's favourite scenes to screen.

even now her fear is not because she thinks Abhi will be a bad dad to Abhir. Her absolute fear is that he will take Abhir from her. Which if he files for custody her fears will be true. She also knows that Abhir is the foundation of her marriage to Abhinav and if Abhimanyu takes Abhir she will end up losing the life she built completely. Also has Abhi no brains or does he think Akshara is so shameless as to use their wedding hashtag to name her first kid with another man?

AbhiM is the worst husband, but he is the best father. He deserves to know the truth.

Was there an uproar? I didn’t know. In fact no one even mentioned these scenes in their episode updates today in this thread.

While I did not see her leaning on him as romantic there certainly is the comfort and companionship of a couple seeking/giving support.

If Abhi and Ak are truly over each other at the moment and have completely moved on then I suppose we should be gearing up for the bloodiest custody battle there is. Let’s wait and watch.

this thought just occurred to me are they trying to show that though love is there deep down both the leads in their minds have completely moved on, one because she has married someone so is showing loyalty and the other his promise to give his new partner all the honesty and respect a wife deserves.

Are they doing this to show the audience that the leads are honest humans who genuinely tried to move on but destiny brought them back together So if and when they get back together they are not seen as cheaters or unfaithful to their current partners/ and promises.

PS not talking about Shoddy execution but just the thought process

I was trying to find the post where I could ask what was the purpose of this epi although I watched only p 10 sec but ff was enough to show what was going on …and literally same minute you tagged me here 😅

there was no purpose is my answer…if they don’t revamp this track n Bring Abhira together like right now n deal with ramifications later …the 10% viewers who are left who watch the full show will also leave

couldnt agree more Priyanka. Unfortunately 10% viewers are online ones. Offline viewers are apparently loving whatever they they are showing. Lets see what TRP looks like today, dont think it has gone down too much.

It’s a filler episode so they can gather the TRP so they know which way to swing the story.? I think it will remain 2.3 or increase let’s see how that goes!
