I am so done with this Mariam and Malik Zubair storyline. I wouldn’t have minded if it was going on as a background story but it’s front and center for multiple episodes now. I think the charm of TB is that it’s always about the leads. Even Haya and Rohail scenes are about them pining for the leads and as annoying as they are, it still keeps the focus on the leads. This Mariam storyline is making her and MZ the leads with Meerab and Murtasim in the background. Also this show usually doesn’t drag storylines and that’s also part of the appeal. Even when Meerab was kidnapped, she was was rescued the next episodes. I love the fast pace. I don’t know why this storyline is going on and on.
