Sanju Samson, who has earned rave reviews for his belligerent brand of batting up against KL Rahul, whose batting approach has, like previous years, already evoked plenty of debate. A side that is yet to play at their home ground in Jaipur against a team that has scored more than 200 in both of its away games.

There is plenty else to look forward to as well. Both franchises have tried to pack their line-up with as many power hitters. LSG seem slightly better-equipped on that front, for Deepak Hooda, Kyle Mayers, Marcus Stoinis and Nicholas Pooran are all capable of single-handedly winning games of cricket. RR are not very far behind, though, with the likes of Jos Buttler, Shimron Hetmyer, Yashasvi Jaiswal and of course, captain Samson in top form.

With the ball, RR have been brave enough to unleash Adam Zampa, R Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal in tandem. LSG have a spin troika of their own in K Gowtham, Krunal Pandya and Ravi Bishnoi (and possibly Amit Mishra), although Rahul's usage of them did leave a bit to be desired against PBKS.

All things considered, this game promises to be as fascinating as any. That this is the first time Jaipur will be hosting an IPL fixture since before COVID-19 became a thing, only adds another layer of intrigue. And for every little detail that transpires today, we have got you covered!
