Nothing to feel bad about. If a woman doesn’t want to name her child’s father, she just doesn’t. It’s her business. Gone are the Neena Gupta days. Today we’ve a lot of famous women who bear children out of wedlock. Just look at Padma Lakshmi. She seems perfectly content. Ileana isn’t 1 for traditional behaviour anyway!

What did she do ? She is having a baby right. It's not like she has committed a murder.

Apart from her “trying to appear non desi” fetish, I agree that it’s perfectly fine if she doesn’t wanna reveal who she is dating or who is the father of her child, it should be none of anyone’s business anyway. Having said that, I saw those articles mentioning that she was seeing Kat’s brother but it could be a completely different person she is involved with now for all we know 😆

Ya but I am as sure as I can be, that’s it’s Kat’s brother. She even went on vacation with them last year & till the time Kat came on KWK last year, it was totally obvious they were together.

Yes but this is typical, TYPICAL patriarchal behaviour which even women exhibit b/c the patriarchy affects everyone. Also people online feel that they’ve some (bizarre) right to a famous person’s life. Having children out of wedlock isn’t as common yet in India, it’s only b/c she’s a more “western” and moneyed famous person, that she can get away with it.

True and when someone tries to break these norms then they are treated as outcasts . Only moneyed famous people can get away with public trolling and bullying.

Common people must be suffering alot due to this patriarchal behaviour.

Without ANY DOUBT, YES. Even if she was a regular well-to-do woman, I very much doubt she could’ve had a child out of wedlock & stayed in India. She would’ve mostly shifted off abroad. It’s only b/c she’s famous that she can take this step which, great for her!! Not many famous people would do this either so I think it’s a great step!

I don't like how the family is painted as tarnished as they were once in a cult. They seem like happy well adjusted people as they are obviously out of it now. Illeana is happy and that is what matters.
