Abhinav and Akshu behave like any normal couple. They have a great bonding, support each other through thick and think and understand each other thoroughly. The biggest hurdle in their relationship came with Abhir's illness. Like any other parents they argued with each other, unknowingly hurt each and had their own misunderstandings. However, they immediately understood their wrong stance, apologized to each other and reached a common ground. This shows the depth and strength of their relationship. Manyu and Akshara also went through such difficult situation. And Manyu insulted her, threw her out like trash without even considering her condition. And it took 6 long years and confrontation with Akshara for him to realize his mistake, that too only partially. This is why Abhimanyu is incapable of any relation and needs proper therapy. There is no need to push an innocent kid into toxic Birla household to test AkshNav relationship. Their relationship is strong enough to handle any situation. Otherwise they would have broke apart by now.

On a side note I feel Akshara has already moved on in her life. She is happily married and have a kid. Also her ex is getting married to her sister. So why would they go back to each other and discuss their past emotions feelings, pain or whatever they went through

That is looking back and adding more pain. It doesn't seem practical and also means she still doesn't accept her new relationship fully and cheating her husband.. that is why I feel Abhira are over. I know it's hard to accept but Akshara has moved on. What best they can do is bring another girl in Abhimanyus life after his full redemption who he falls in love with. Whom he builds a good relationship and not makes same mistakes. Someone who is not manipulative and trust and love him.

Or let Abhinav die and then Abhira can go back to each other and share all feelings, emotional or whatever they want.

Abhinav doesn't deserve Aarohi and neither Aarohi deserves Abhinav. They are never going to be together. Abrohi are together because of Manjiri and Aarohi. I can 200% tell you that Abhinav Aarohi will never happen. Aarohi needs money position. Abhinav just needs Abhir. He is pure. Either he will die and Abhira will unite or Akshnav will have happy ending
