I dont think ghum me emotional abuse and emotional manipulations are considered bad. They are ‘human’ behavior. This team if makers even said PL had valid reason to slap Sai coz she had lost Sam n was sad.
Emotional will never matter. As long as she is taking care of him physically she is reformed as per makers and channel. Unless its PL and Virat. Their emotional state counts baki gaye bhad me.

I will only believe she is negative or wrong the day they explicitly show it through some character. So far all her behavior has been justified
