I just managed to read Vanku's mind with my superpowers.😎 So what I found out was that Vanku has only one purpose of getting SaiYa married, and that is to give a step sister to Savi in order to pave way for gen leap. SaiYa daughter will be the new FL and Savi will turn negative.
