I think if you remember Meerabs dialogue to murtasam before; murtasam always does the deed and uses meerab to be the culprit.

so this time she is like I don’t want to look bad infront of the family. So I won’t ask for divorce. You going to divorce me.

I think the writer didn’t explain this fight between them properly, but meerab and murtasam has this thing between them that who looks better infront of the family.

To be completely honest, I know that Hassan and Amna said they were talking about Meerab’s character, but I truly felt they were mocking Yumna’s take/ acting as well. They literally acted out parts of the scene in a truly mocking way. They never do this with Murtasim, even in the scenes where they weren’t happy with his character.
