I love watching depressing dramas but I can't watch this drama because I'm not a sadistic person🤪. So I'm going to skip it abhi. I don't know if it's true or not but I read somewhere that this drama is based on a real life incident. Abaan's father should not have admitted Abaan to the hostel.

This drama getting less views and less trps is the reason why good content is not appreciated.

I just loved this drama and as a student or as a child somewhere we have faced all of this and I was teary eyed for most of the episodes.

Wajahat and the child playing abaan omg 👏👏

What a wonderful performance .

Nobody is talking about this drama because everyone loves spice and romance

This was such a nicely well written drama .

I loved the father's character the most because mostly fathers are too protective and in result they do go overboard with being strict and that has adverse consequences which we saw in the drama. It was not that the father didn't love his children, he did but he had his certain way which he thought is always correct but it was making them more complicated . When he was in pain all throughout I understood that he is not a bad parent he is just not adapting to the changing parenting methods.

This is not the time to beat , insult, humiliate children if they are doing wrong this would make them rebellious and they would harm themselves in the process .

I wanted more appreciation for this drama as it highlighted many themes - corruption, mismanagement in law and order, comparison effects in children, male dominant system, children going through trauma and depression, oppressed children.

Shows like pinjra needs to be made , such fresh concepts are lacking. Very sad to know on IF also nobody is discussing about this .

The ending was superb!!

No one is talking about the show because it wasn't well executed. The theme was dark, not everyone likes it and then they dragged unnecessarily.

True but still i felt it draggy only for last 4-5 episodes but the last episode is well executed.

Firstly the awaam will complain that we don't get unique content and then when we do it get you can see the recognition it gets.

As per my say the drama was good till 15th episode after that i felt the violence part was too much but this is the first drama which actually made me cry because its relatable , I have seen such parents somewhere and tho they don't want to harm their children but in the process they do hurt and the consequences are infront of them. So I think this deserves a chance.

The show was getting decent ratings before it was dragged and whatever Awam would say it was impossible for the dark show like this one to get decent ratings. I too liked the initial episodes as it was very relatable . I too was like aaban who was very poor in school. But thankfully my parents were very cool about my grades. So I didn't end up like him. But I have seen parents like aaban in real life. Honesty after aabans arrest the story went downhill I then didn't complete it.

Yeah after abaan's arrest it was too much they could have shown the consequence in a lighter way like abaan running away from home and staying with dua's family and pursuing what he likes the most and thus proving his worth and all but since the writer died while writing the play , this was completed by various writer hence it lost charm 😔
