😆sorry guys i feel my being woman came in between and I felt sort of protective for Katha.. thats why may be I overreacted here,, I hope they have better episodes next week👍🏼 happy weekend everyone.

I am sorry for rant., I am usually very positive and supportive and would praise when I like the episode. This was really beautiful opportunity for director to show what emotions can a widow go through when there is a conflict in her heart about moving on and holding on to that past.. This could have been really beautiful depiction of yes patience what Viaan said to Ehsan but that patience should have avoided him to go to her cabin and say these things.. first thing first out... give space .. give her time.. it is not only about Viaan's feelings.

Imagine more Viaans out in the world. Nothing feels comfortable or safe. Add to this the boss behaving in this manner. What are the choices Katha is left with? Quit or explain patiently. On so many levels this is not right. So back off jugnu ki majnu.😡

You are not the only one...totally get where you are coming from. I put myself in her situation and it bothers me no end. Esp because she really does not seem into him and looks stricken every time he is hovering around her office door😆!!

hehe right in real life trust me it is not at all pleasing. Katha is a devi here who is so politely explaining him about jugnu theory and all.. I would have felt so uncomfortable and just walked away here.

Viaan wronged Katha because he liked her. Many think it is the other way round - he started liking her after wronging her. No.

Viaan had always been attracted to Katha - and he knew it. He was aware that he saw her different. From the first ep, he said she was ‘distracting’ as well as her hardwork and all, and Ehsan was always saying things abiut Katha to him - that she is single and just like him.

So Viaan did like her, in a normal fit of attraction. When she asked for the loan, he was disappointed because he had expectations from her already. But instead of firing her, he decided to use it to his advantage. Yes, he was’testing’ her, but a part of him also hoped she will fail because he wanted her a bit already. That was why he used that method which as we can see from Shamita, Viaan would never do for anyone else.

But I saw this most on the ONS night. If anyone watches that up again, you will see a lot of little details. Viaan said Katha could leave if she was uncomfortable - he was half-honest.

Katha was clearly shaking and uneasy, and Viaan as we all know, is intelligent. He could see it. Asking her that question was a formality a part of him hoped she will refuse. And she did. And he must have thought ‘she has said it, so I can defend myself in future’, ‘this is consent’. It was but we all know it wasn’t honest for Katha. Viaan knew too. Yet he looked away because of his expectation.

After, Katha hurries away - and we see Viaan show bitterness for once. He - a huge part of him - wishes she will look back. That she felt the tingling that he did, and perhaps this will start something. Afterall, they are closer in some way than any other person? But Katha didn’t.

She didn’t pander or want his attention. She despised him - and he perplexed him and frustrated him. If Katha had come up after and acting like she had feelings for Viaan, I tell y’all with all seriousness That Viaan would have dated her quickly. He liked her already. Viaan is only lucky that Katha is a good woman or else he would have gone the route of his dad despite his efforts. Or even, Teji is luckiest. If Katha was bad, I see Viaan who was very one-track being easily manipulated, especially since Katha was his first. Before Viaan even started writing poems, he liked Katha.

Just that the aftermath of dealing with a Katha who hated him after ONS and the stress of finding her reason for loan and trying to reconcile with her took a toll, so his feelings were on pause and it seemed like they began to develop after they had started patching up. No. The Viaan before ONS always looked at Katha with a changing gaze. I feel like Viaan quite was aware that he placed this worker of his who was single, pretty and hardworking, into a different box than others.

And it would have been easier for those feelings of ‘she’s like me’ and subtle attraction would have gone on till when he was aware. Those worked up till when she left the hotel. But when she started acting in a way he didn’t expect ( and honestly didn’t like) and then him finding out the truth, Viaan had to box his attraction because there were so many feelings of self-loathing and frustration that his attraction would have made him feel guilty.

They made peace, and he could begin paying attention to those feelings that he had ticked away in a panic, not because he was afraid of them, but because he thought it was disgusting to even have those when he wronged her and needed to atone. Viaan at that moment, even without knowing, couldn’t bear to acknowledge any affection because it was all messed up - his affection, and just the early start of it, had crushed her so bad. So it came up the only way he could accept it - being protective ‘because she was a single mum’, ‘because Ehsan was not serious’, ‘because she has been hurt’.

Ofc he had directly contributed to a lot of her hurt, but Viaan as intelligent as he is, never opted for totally detaching so as to help her. He was resisting it on a deeper level. He said to stay away yet he wasn’t happy to give that sort of relief. It was only when she seemed to forgive him, his protection was allowed to take it’s true form as something softer.

If Viaan’s attraction had been stronger than it was before he found out the real reason, if he had spent enough time to be solidly aware, this would have gone two ways. He’s have gone crazy from the shame - and regret. And he probably wouldn’t be receptive of Adi’s memories and her rejection as he is now. Because those would have been seen as obstacles from the start, rather than beautiful. Viaan hypnotized himself that he wanted only forgiveness and his attraction waxed to love While knowing all these sides of Katha. So her story became part of her.

But if he had known her for longer, he would have developed feelings over a model woman who was single and hardworking. He would have loved her but because those are not all there is to Katha, he would have been more negative in his reception of this new info and won’t be accepting. What I am saying is - Viaan would have written in as in Shamita’s false story. The angsty, bad boy CEO route and Katha would have been the worker who doesn’t want to ‘but does’ 😂.

There was no other way they could have diffused his solid feelings by then. What is happening now is a milder version, because Viaan is taking a gentle approach, his mind is at peace.

Beautifully written...well analysed...even i think that Viaan was mildly attracted to her due to her devotion to work and her vision as a architect...He tried to resist the pull by trying to find fault in all her doings but the admiration only increased..

I liked Viaan and Katha's conversation. everything is out in the open and now the ball is in katha's court.

Nowadays I don't analyze or think too much, I only watch it as a fictional show. not real life.
