And trust me I hate this jugnu talk .. first time they used it was beautiful but using it so many times literally loses its charm... same with repetition of his poem in so many episodes. Ok so they bring out the fact that Viaan was attracted to katha from first instance he saw her.. but I would have loved if that would have come as answer to Why katha for ONS rather than here.. but anyways leaving that aside lets see what he does going forward without 'disturbing' katha..😳..itni sympathy mujhe katha k saath kabhi nahi hui..director has atleast managed to bring out my empathy for Katha at this moment.. Poor girl tried her best to be as humble and polite as possible to refuse this guy.. and even explained him in his jugnu wala metaphor but janab kuch samjhna hi nahi chahte..

True, nothing charming about jugnu or what he wants to do with it is magical or poetic anymore. We have all heard such phrases, same wine new bottle doesn’t make it endearing. If this is pretty much how Katha’s life has been like, then more hugs, compassion and sympathy to her. I am totally alright with her being grouchy. 🤗

As far as the nahi hopayega… he should just go ask his mom. 🙄

What's with all the love talk with a 8 year old 🤔

It was fine till Aarav was advising Viaan about how to apologize to his friend etc but this proposal, rejection, Aarav teasing Viaan and all that is too much for a kid.

I did not like it.

Also, why is Katha ok with Aarav's friendship with a grown man? Why is she not insisting on meeting him? Parents are always super careful with who meets their kids..who befriends them..

I got a feeling that Ehsan's cheerfulness will only last till Katha says no..he was so happy that Viaan got rejected 😆 as soon as Katha says yes iski acchai will go out of the window 😛

I am not exactly sure what the writers are trying to portray here.

But I think it’s more like Viaan till now has been traveling in the darkness since his childhood when his father left him and his mom still continued to idolise and love him as if he didn’t do anything wrong.

He probably never had experienced the feeling of love, acknowledgment.

And everyone in Earth Con probably saw him just as the strict boss.

But now with Katha he for the first time maybe experienced the light at the end of the tunnel and he is just chasing it thinking it would take him towards the light he had been searching all his life and probably he is afraid that out of sight will be out of mind and if he loses it he will never get back.

Probably that’s why he just wants to be around Katha because he believes that she is the source of light he has been searching all his life.

PapaG says he's trying to be a father but I don't think he can be Katha's father. His concern didn't feel like the concern of a father.

Katha is Adi's wife..she is Aarav's mother and she's like Reet to PapaG. He doesn't see her as a single woman. He feels threatened by what Viaan represents. What will happen to his family if Katha remarries and Aarav gets a step dad?

That's more of his concern than someone taking advantage of Katha's acchai 🤔 I rolled my eyes when he said that..fake dad act

Teji talking to Katha was talk to your son first woman!!

But one thing that I grudgingly liked was Teji telling Viaan that he should find a partner who will experience everything for the first time along with him.

It made a lot of sense to me. Maybe I'm not emotionally mature enough or I don't have a lot of perspective but it wouldn't be good for me to fall in love or get married or have a baby with a partner who has already done all that with someone else.

Viaan is of course a bigger person and he doesn't see it that way (for now) but that really resonated with me.

I also liked the rejection and Viaan going up to Katha and saying he doesn't want to move on 😆 it's so refreshing to see the leads talk and put their points across so well. They are so open with each other. I really really like their conversations.

Its a borderline here, I understand from where Viaan comes from. He has experienced this feeling of love for the first time and is ecstatic about it that depicted in the way he confessed but Katha just refused him last night. An ideal approach would have been to give her space and let her feelings come naturally while he waits patiently basking in his own love for now. Telling Katha that I do not know how to unlove and I will continue to live my life in that light turns out to be kind of coercion. May be the intent of show was not what I wrote above but in real life if somebody does this , it would be termed as stalking. He respects her but how about respecting himself too. I dont know may be i can be wrong, I liked previous episode and liked how they took that rejection scene too but his follow up with katha is something I do not agree on.

@bold - He is just then thinking about himself and not thinking how uncomfortable he is making other person here unless Katha has genuine feelings for him which should come on their own..

Maybe with a few more episodes, we will have a better understanding of what exactly is Viaan thinking and taking things around with her rejection.

Also I do not understand the tone in the show.. Some scenes they make comedy and some are so intense.. I am okay with keeping things light and having metaphorical conversations and also okay with kid giving love gyan but then this show was coming from intense zone and now suddenly switched to this comedy at times with Ehsan making fun of Viaan's attempt and Viaan still laughing and blushing on rejection and then again going to her cabin making all jugnu and jaadu reference... If they have suddenly decided to not keep this intense but light hearted show thats fine but then this was not show that I got hooked on to by promos of it.. !

I am sorry for rant., I am usually very positive and supportive and would praise when I like the episode. This was really beautiful opportunity for director to show what emotions can a widow go through when there is a conflict in her heart about moving on and holding on to that past.. This could have been really beautiful depiction of yes patience what Viaan said to Ehsan but that patience should have avoided him to go to her cabin and say these things.. first thing first out... give space .. give her time.. it is not only about Viaan's feelings.

Yeah may be few scenes here and there they lost the plot , lets see I really hope they do make it better next week and Viaan really does not trouble her further as he promised as per promo..
