Stages of Merub's sexual awakening:

1. Resistance

Until E20, Merub would get flustered but come back with a tart repartee. Examples include kaan main kyun ghuss rahe ho scene, kaha bhi nahi jaata aur saha bhi nahi jaata scene, baal ko haath kyu lagaya scene.

2. Shy acceptance

E21-E23 really exemplify this. In the lawn date, choori and gajra scenes, she accepts Murtasim's touch, looks shy and gives a coy smile.

3. Exploring/testing power dynamics

E30-E31. Merub gets affected when Murtasim looks at her with his intense bedroom eyes. In E31 after the Rumi-Qalandar-Mansoor line, Murtu looks at her intensely. She is affected - e.g. check the gulps. But in this stage, her response to being affected by Murtu is different - instead of a tart repartee or getting shy, she engages in a game of one-upmanship. She teases him and lays it on really thick in order to get Murtasim worked up instead.
