Insulting Murtasim was never Meerab’s intention. She didn’t wanted to hurt him either. But because he is putting efforts and genuinely loves her now, he was hurt. I don’t think he felt insulted.

I think anyone who feels it was an insult, it because, they feel Meerab’s does not appreciate what Murtasim is doing for her.
