Turnouts at funerals and last rites in BW are not for the deceased, it's for the deceased's kids. Mukesh Chabra's mother's last rite was attended by more celebs than Mukesh's own (God forbid) would be. Vinod Khanna's kids are not powerful or don't have a good network, so Vinod Khanna's funeral had only a few celebs.
