Because during her fushia interview, the way Nooran was talking about her cousin, it seemed she felt the same way about her; she was ungrateful, selfish, etc. despite her husband going all out for her. (Her cousins was not really accepting of her husband, used to complain etc etc., until he helped her study again after their marriage. ). And also Yumna referred to Meerab as pampered and clueless about the real world, and that she behaved badly etc. (Yumna said that she didn’t like this about Meerab), in her first GEO interview for TB. So, I feel Nooran is purposely giving Meerab a bad rap…to build up to the “lesson learning” track that Yumna referred to.
