Ahh…i was wondering why he made that statement about the coffee and you reminded me. Good point. It all builds up to him realizing that all of her flirting, all of her recent sweet efforts for him, are really to get something, not because she has fallen for him. In this case, she wanted something from him, hence the tea, but didn’t even bother to notice that he drinks coffee, not tea, during the day. It’s like..wow…you care that little. And then he assumed she was doing all this because she wanted haya to be able to refuse her marriage to Nourez. And then, to top it off, she brought up the mismatched part.

Yeah, dude was so defeated today. And then that turned to annoyance and anger because he thought she must be thinking of Rohail when she’s asking about all these things.
