I have a different perspective...I think she hates forward girls.... she thinks they believe superficial love ( rohail / anas) and cannot see beyond the book cover ( murtasim) something in those lines.... or may be she thinks they are too judgemental....

I think the tum bhi would have triggered Murtasim because what it implicitly says is that like Rohail, you also claim to love me....And for Murtasim, to put his and Rohail's love on the same level will be highly offensive.

She spend the whole episode insulting him, disrespecting their marriage, and mocking his love. Did she do this intentionally or unintentionally.
