Hamla plots were always always deep in extremely regressive and societally backward ideologies. I don’t expect anything better around people who told someone - ‘kis nazar se dekha meri bacchi ko?’

I don’t think this was anything more than a threat - albeit an extremely disgusting one. Like how he threatened to get Dev/Vidhi killed.

It was more of a ploy to scare them away still it was disgusting.

Regardless this is a very sensitive topic and harassment of next level. I hope it is addressed appropriately for all audiences. Kudos to Vijay for performing it so well that without watching the full scene we feel like puking 🤢

I really hope Vidhi is able to get over the Devji and move on to dev. The Dev she said during Holi was so meaningful! Since after every huge crisis, ViDev's relationship crosses a milestone, i am hoping next one is this

Also i feel makers heard the audience's cry about Vidhi's clothes, cause lately in bts she is getting newer options so that is a good sign that at least they are keeping an eye out for feedback

Absolutely! I think if writers are going to introduce topics like this they should have the sense to see it through. Keeping in mind how the previous tracks have been handled - I am not going to hold my breath on this.

They don't give a damn about our feedbacks..

They do what pleases them and their trp crowd..

We wanted a style change... But I don't think anything was done about that. It was yellow atrocity now it is blue..

Like sns23 said.. It is beyond disgusting to see Hamla anymore..

I am gradually shifting to katha ankahee.... It is more of my taste.. Don't know when even that will turn cringe.

It is sad that even though we want to watch there is no decent indian content anymore.

I don’t think I will be able to pick up any other show for now. I started rewatching KTLK and whenever Vidhi and her gyaan vani gets to me, I’ll switch to Nidhi and her poblems 😬 Ashutosh was nowhere near as fleshed out as dev, but for the majority of the show they atleast stayed away from kitchen politics.

I am still watching mainly for Dev and Vidhi - I am still invested in them and want to see their story get to a good conclusion. I think if the makers get out of the regular tricks of ITV mindset, there is still a lot that can be done for Dev and Vidhi 1.0.

I fail to see why they are struggling so much to give them space from the rest of the Raichands/Sharmas. Yes they are the best daughter and son in the world, but they need to figure out how to be with each other. Why is that perspective such a taboo on ITV. Is it because it is a Star show? Why do only Dev and Vidhi, and as a consequence us viewers - have to pay with a pound of flesh for every second that they are together? I think every single show where the leads get together suffers from this toxic mentality.
