One month ago the news came out it had been given a massive budget of 600 crore and they were supposed to start shooting with Vicky in July. Aditya Dhar thinks Vicky is good luck for him due to Uri. And why would they take Ranveer ? If they wanted Box office validity ? Look at his current record ?
