He looks tired and he’s wearing too many clothes Must be very hot, my mom was saying the heat is terrible in Mumbai unbearable to even stand in the kitchen and her kitchen faces the west so the afternoon sun, boiling heat

For my mom her apartment is close to the Arabian Sea so after 11am killer heat even after all the windows which are from ceiling to floor are tinted.
