Whatever I know (not 100 percent sure): The actress had left the show around an year ago due to personal reasons.

The way it was reflected in the storyline was that they introduced a track where she leaves Samar on Valentine's Day saying she's leaving because she loves him and she didn't want that love to die, caught in the complications of Shah family. Thus, she entered the 'hall of fame' in being the character that made the best life choice out of all the characters.

After this useless Samar came in, eventually dumpy was brought in through a track where Anupamaa maiya played the role of the police to deliver insaaf 😎

I feel bad for Winter, pehle Nandini chali gayi, phir Sara aur Dumpy negative banegi. Maybe Winter should be gay instead, I would love to see Baa Bhagwans reaction 🤣
