Same here. I watched Ishq Zehnaseeb first and still I used to find his features weird. Then I watched his older drama.. I realised the differenece. Later I came across his YT video where he admitted why he did nose job and how it went wrong after first surgery and he had to go through multiple surgery to give it a decent shape. . I didn't notice any big change him. Atleast not to the level i was only noticing his nose like sheriyar. Sheriyar had a very prominent nose. So it's easily noticable.
Zgh is my first pak drama and i also used to watch kahi unkahi when it was on zindagi channel. So i remember how he looked on his early days very clearly. Infact i remember his old look more than his new one as I haven't seen any of his new ones
