The writer has been pretty unfair to her, pushing her under the bus for every disaster plot she wants to create, yet if I look at the bigger picture, she's both the hero/villain in her story

The narrative may seem like Meerab is the one wronging people around her, but she hasn't been wronged any less. Stupid writer.

First of all I feel like people were very disappointed. That's why some have some extreme reactions, others just don’t like Meerub. First of all she didn’t make Maryam run away and get married to Malik. he only put a ring on her finger. Probably showing them that they have her blessing and she is going to help them do things the right way. Like I read (correct me if I’m wrong) she said to Maryam that he needs to come to send his parents to their home with rishata. That is exactly what I would tell my sister if she had someone she liked. Because that's the right way of doing this. You can’t meet each other secretly, if you like each other, do things the right way. I too would have liked to meet the guy before starting the talk with my family. To know if he is serious and agrees to send his family over, before I talk with my family. That is probably what Meerub is doing. So I don’t really feel like Meerub is doing something wrong. I think people's reaction wouldn’t be this extreme if we didn’t know who he was.

Maybe some people would support Meerub if the guy wasn’t a villain and serious about Maryam. But we know something they don’t. So I get the reaction.

And the comments about liking Haya. I get that people are angry, but c'mon. Her?

Ok…so just watched the episode and haven’t read any comments here yet about the episode. Pls tell me that Rumi Ghalib scene wasn’t the hint of consummation happening in between episodes…pleeease. If so, that’s really dang disappointing. Say it ain’t so.

😆nobody can like haya. Its sarcasm we can comment on her obsession but not like haya's all in all personality.

Waise I think your take is correct to some extent but this is writer's work to build her pov not us .

I can't feel some of meerab's actions justified. In starting I was all in for her
