He seemed conscious enough to understand what was happening, at the very least. Perhaps can't think much but I guess he would be able to remember it?

You could probably extrapolate it to unintended childhood jealousy which continued into adulthood because the character (of Jai) didn't seem to mature.

Kal aur aaj ke episode mein kuch discontinuity thi kya? TV pe toh Tara barges in and gets Dhruv treated.

But Sab ke preview mein kuch aur hi dikhaya..

I doubt Ayesha itni jaldi badlegi and Jai ka to kya hi bolu mai. Wo Bhai to chot ka sunke bhi nahi uthne ko tayyar the. Only when Lalita shouted for him did he come down. And then statue banke khada raha dekhne ke liye ki Tara Dhruv ko kaise theek karti hai. Instead of fetching his kit from hospital.

Jaldi nahi, but I would eventually like this character growth for her. I know ITV doesn't portray these emotions correctly, but I would love to see her love for him grow healthier before she eventually lets him go and does good for him as a friend.

Mujhe toh lag raha hai tumhaara bas chale tum keh do Dhruv bhi 17th century se tha, isliye use Tara itni fascinating lagti hai, isliye use apne ghar rakh liya kyunki use bhi waapas jaana hai par jaa nahi paa raha. 🤣🤣

That would actually be a wonderful character arch but ITV believes in ruining characters than improving them😆
