I don't think so. She will never want Abhir their as her daughter place would be gone. Ulta she might indirectly help Akshu and show others that she is with birlas.

Funny incident when I was diagnosed with something I had to undergo surgery and treatment after it. With lots of dietary restrictions My Cdn Doc was very superficial about it couldn’t help me much since I am a vegetarian

so I contacted an Indian surgeon thru email with my sister’s help so his reply to me was i can also do the surgery you come to my hospital along with this part of the body I also do xyz and ABC parts too if you want I can give you a concession for the other parts. (He didn’t know I wasn’t in India.)
But this heart surgeon discussing gynaec issues reminded me of this incident and made me laugh.
On a serious note Could be connected to the unborn baby’s heart

but Arohi is playing an important role here. In 6 years she’s as capable as her senior Docs Mahima And Dr Abhimanyu’I thought Rohan is more senior to her.

Abhi will let Ak and Abhir go because he loves them. He’s never been good at balancing multiple relationships, he will let some go.

Highlight-abhira great love power is such that they got divorced 2 times in just 2 year of their wedding and mind you they hardly live together only 2 months.

Today's best part for me was when ak was folding hands and abhi's expression was like kya kar rahi ho tum don't fold hands infront of me😳 obviously i like their chemistry of expressions too.

Rest of course the phone was good itni Kam time mein she expressed all her emotions saalon purane bhi and then immediately she corrected herself by calling him doctor i liked that and lastly abhi abhir bonding.

I find abhinav's confidence thoda funny like come on that guy has no fear that if abhi gets to know about his child then what will happen as we can see ak has that fear 😆
