Some people thought the archaelogist would be going to help Dhruv and Tara find navrangvan. But he seems to be a villain. He's interested in 17th century coins. From the precap I got a feeling ki Dhruv wanted to tell his mom that he didn't really got married but that thappad changed his mind. It was like when she isn't going to believe his truth, he might as well live her lie.

I think he will want to tell, but the thappad will probably not change his mind- the meeting with Preeti will.
