But, In my heart I don’t 100% believe in @red because he did let her go on the white day - he never went to make sure she reached GV safely. He didn’t check on her in 6 weeks, in 6 months, one year. Nothing. How did he get the divorce decree without the mandatory two court appearances? Perhaps they took care of the court appearances in the first leap since it occurred only 3-4 months before the disastrous second leap?
And now, he has allowed every one to believe she left him. He is a coward he has allowed her to take the fall for their failed marriage. Unless he comes clean in front of both families about his part and how he broke her, he appears very “small” in my eyes and hers too and the stardust around Dr. Abhimanyu Birla has dimmed.
He has finally admitted some of his doings in front of the Birlas. Now he has to do it in front of the Goenkas. I agree he still has a lot to make up for to rebuild the trust. If we had more able writers this whole track would be a treat to watch. But instead we have people giving a third angle cameo so much screen space to be the ML, the FL, the fatherji, the motherji, the brother, the sister, etc. I honestly don't expect much from the writers to properly fix anything that has happened to the characters of Abhi or Akshu. Both of them are doing some seriously out of character and drastic things without proper write up and explanation.
And with that mindset I contend the writers went too far with Abhi's anger that day and this separation. But we have been shown in the past Abhi stews in his anger and his family does not help him get out of it. Instead they continue to pour more oil to that fire. Abhi in his anger refused to go looking for Akshu because he believed in his decision that divorce was for the best. In his ego he never thought could he be wrong. Did he make the wrong choice upon impulse? That is why Akshu called him out on his impulsive actions at the mandir. He should have done something before that 7 months. He initially was concern. He came to the house to find out about Akshu and when the phone call came he was relieved. But none saw that relief because Swarna and Mimi were busy looking at Manish. And what did Manish do when he came back from Pathankot? He told Abhi she was doing fine. And made an off handed comment that Abhi and Akshu were never meant to be. And like that the families and Abhi allowed those voice note messages to be the only communication between them believing Akshu's words that she was doing well. Abhi had divorced her so what right did he have to go visit her? He was also pushed into other responsibilities by his family and we knew Manjari at this point loathed Akshu. I don't doubt not one day went by that the woman would do something to make sure Abhi didn't go looking for Akshu. And then came the 7 months message of her getting married. At this point game over. Abhi really had no more rights to go and speak to Akshu. She was now someone else's wife.
Now he's finally seen what his actions cost him and he's feeling guilty about it. So the hope is he will rise to the occasion when Abhir's truth is out. But with this new third angle cameo the writing has been shifted to highlight him being almost God like and providing people the answers where he gives the dialogues of what the ML is thinking or trying to say or the FL is thinking or trying to say.
Couple days ago people were yelling about Akshu and how it seemed she was more concern to go to a doctor that wasn't Abhi for Abhir's surgery. Before she thought Abhi didn't want to know about his child hence her anger at the rejection call. But now she is afraid that he will know? But if Abhi supposedly didn't care then why is she afraid? Abhi either cares or doesn't care. She didn't seem to flitch at the thought that what if something had happened to Abhi during his accident. Abhir would never have known his real father. Did that accident not in the slightest move her to maybe decide Abhi should know about his kid? And now I am sure this same question will come up again. Abhir has a critical medical condition. She does not want Abhi to know about Abhir. I know part of her fear is more about the families particularly Manjari yelling at her and laying blame on her for hiding her grand child and her son Abhi's kid. And then how this one decision of hiding coincidentally has a big impact on this impending Abhi and Arohi marriage. It's getting very complicated with the amount things happening. Akshu has made it clear that she never was going to let Abhi know he had a child. All due to the misunderstanding over the phone. I know she is trying to protect her "world" and her "son". She still seems to be stuck on that day 6 years ago and her ego won't allow her to see there is a bond naturally happening between Abhi and Abhir. So it's her turn to get some reality check just like Abhi got at the mandir.
