She has uplifted her cheekbones,made her jaw and nose pointy and her lips fuller,but i dont think she has done surgery bcs her face has now quite mellowed down and coming back to its previous look gradually😆.

this was Hania before doing anything.And nowadays she has actually started looking more like this except for fuller lips so i would say whatever she did with her face was not permanent changes🤔
